How to file a complaint and have it resolved in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Your right to complain

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia, you have the right to file a complaint regarding any service or goods provided by Dominanz. We are committed to resolving every complaint promptly, fairly, and in accordance with applicable law.

How to file a complaint

You can submit a complaint in any of the following ways:

  • In person at our workshop: Đakona Avakuma 44, Belgrade, during working hours (Monday-Saturday 09:00-18:00).

To help us resolve your complaint quickly, please include: your full name, contact details, the date of service, a description of the issue, and any supporting documents or photos.

Response time

In accordance with Article 56 of the Law on Consumer Protection:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing or electronically without delay, and no later than 8 days from receipt.
  • We will respond to the complaint with a decision on how it will be resolved within 15 days of receipt (or up to 30 days for technical goods or complex cases, with prior notification to you).
  • The response will include our position on the complaint and the proposed resolution.

Record keeping

We keep a record of all received complaints in accordance with Article 56 of the Law on Consumer Protection for at least two years from the date of resolution.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution before a registered body from the list maintained by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. You may also contact the relevant market inspection authority.
